Q:	How much does lab analysis cost?

Q:	How much does sampling media cost?
A:	Media sampling prices vary. For a complete fee schedule, click here.
Q:	How much does shipping cost?
A:	If you request UPS ground, there is no cost. There is a minimum fee of $20 for all overnight shipments, $15 for two-day shipping and $25 for Saturday delivery.
Q:	How long does it take to receive my results?
A:	Normal turn-around time is 10 business days from when samples reach our laboratory. Rush service is available.
Q:	Do I need to submit blank samples with my order?
A:	Yes. One blank sample should be submitted for each type of analysis requested.
Q:	What is the cost for analysis of blanks?
A:	Charges are based on the analysis that is requested.
Q:	Do you offer quantity discounts?
A:	Yes. There is a 10 percent discount for analyses of 10 or more samples of the same analyte received at the same time. Discounts are not available to priority samples.
Q:	What are your payment terms?
A:	Payment terms are net 30 days.
Q:	Do you accept credit cards?
A:	Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Q:	Can I use my own cooler?
A:	Yes. Coolers will be shipped back to the contact on the Analytical Request Form.
